Scoop about season 6

Scoop about season 6
How does Hugh Laurie remember the '80s? “I have a dim and distant memory of some absolutely atrocious music,” grumbles the House star. OK, Mr. Crabby Pants, but the '80s are going to be a major theme on House this season. And the rest of his costars are pretty excited about it.

“Star Wars” fan Jesse Spencer (Chase) met one of his idols when James Earl Jones (Darth Vader) came to shoot his October 5 guest appearance as a murderous African dictator. (OK, the first “Star Wars” came out in the '70s, but still....) Jones told Jesse, “I looked like his 'son,' meaning Luke Skywalker.” There is quite a resemblance to Mark Hamill.

And in a later episode, House will hitch a ride with Drs. Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) and Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) to a medical conference in the Adirondacks, where they'll be invited to take part in an '80s-themed costume party. “I got to wear hot pants, leg warmers and a Jennifer Beals–style cutoff sweatshirt!” Lisa says of her “Flashdance”-inspired costume. The actress couldn't stop singing the film's song, “Maniac,” on set between takes. “I loved that scene with the water splashing all over her.”

As for House's costume, exec producer David Shore says, “He partakes in his own House way.” Exec producer Katie Jacobs adds, “He claims to have misunderstood that the party's theme is the 1980s.” (Won't it be fun seeing Hugh “wig out” at the party with a full head of hair?!) The Adirondacks conference scenes were shot at the Lake Arrowhead resort outside L.A., which Lisa says will set the stage for an “attempted moment” between House and Cuddy. November episodes will find House pursuing Cuddy again.

Though Olivia Wilde (Thirteen) didn't get to go on the location shoot, she's headed on her own '80s adventure. In December 2010, Olivia will be seen on the big screen in “Tron Legacy,” an update of the 1982 sci-fi classic “Tron.” To capture her likeness for an action figure, Olivia underwent full-body 3-D scanning. “I felt like I was in a strange orb abducted by aliens!” says Olivia, who's unnerved by the thought of sci-fi geeks playing with her miniature likeness. “Carrie Fisher wrote in her book Wishful Drinking that she found a Princess Leia doll in her ex-boyfriend's drawer with pins stuck in its eyeballs. So the idea of being used as a voodoo doll is very disturbing.”

Lastest From Ausiello

Lastest From Ausiello
Question: Have Olivia Wilde and Peter Jacobson left House for good?
Ausiello: No. The revolving door at Princeton-Plainsboro will spin yet again next month when Thirteen and Taub request their old jobs back. Coincidentally, that's right around the time Cameron and Chase decide to quit and move to Chicago. (Guess which one of them changes their mind at the last minute!)

Question: Do you have any news regarding House, Wilson, and the progression of their relationship?
Ausiello: I'm hearing there's tons of good House-Wilson action in episodes 10 and 11, including a scene my mole singles out as one of his/her “favorite Hilson moments ever.”

How will the hospital change after Jennifer Morrison leaves House? I'm worried her absence will implode the team.
We just caught up with Lisa Edelstein, and she told us: “I think [Cameron's departure] will tighten up the team a little bit. There will be a loss of that character, which is a great character. It will continue on its merry way. We were all sad. I don't think she's gone for good. They say she's going to be coming and going.” Yay for the coming back part! We certainly hope that is the case.

I am a huge Olivia Wilde fan, and I was wondering if you had any news about her character, Thirteen, on House?
Good news, Foreteen fans. In an upcoming episode of House, Foreman comes crawling back (sort of).
According to a source, he tells Thirteen he's sorry he fired her and that he still loves her. Could this be the start of some sort of rekindled romance? Sure sounds like it, doesn't it!? So how do we feel about this?

I keep hearing a rumor that Michael Weston's arc won't end in episode 10 of House. I hear he's back in episode 12. Should House-Cuddy fans be giving up on their ship?
Lucas (Michael Weston) is definitely a presence beyond episode 10: Even though Lucas doesn't appear onscreen in the following episode, House and Cuddy spend most of the time arguing about Cuddy's relationship with him. The good news? House certainly still seems to be harboring some fierce feelings for Cuddy. A source tells me he's going to rip up a photo of Lucas.

Season 6 Episode 1 & Episode 2

Season 6 Episode 1 & Episode 2
This September on Fox, House comes back as patient after being admitted in the Mayfield Psychatric Hospital! House begins a detox program at Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital to get the vicodin out of his system in an attempt to control his hallucinations. House plans to leave the treatment facility once he is clean, but he is strong-armed into staying by his attending physician, Dr. Darryl Nolan (guest star Andre Braugher). Dr. Nolan agrees to write a recommendation to reinstate House's medical license only if House agrees to further treatment. When House is moved to a new ward in the hospital, he develops a close relationship with his new roommate, Alvie (guest star Lin-Manuel Miranda), and Lydia (guest star Franka Potente), a frequent visitor who helps House bend the rules. House asks Alvie to help him uncover incriminating information about Dr. Nolan that would allow him to blackmail his way out of the treatment center and convinces Lydia to loan him her car to sneak out a delusional patient in an attempt by House to undermine Dr. Nolan's course of treatment. But when devastating events ensue, House is humbled into reluctantly accepting help...
